About My Home Journey with Lisa

Committed to Your Financial Success

At My Home Journey with Lisa, advice is built on more than numbers and products — it’s built on understanding you, your goals, and the lives you’re building.

As a mum of two, a keen fitness enthusiast, and someone who has always been driven by a genuine desire to help others make confident, informed decisions I am here to help. I understand that buying a home or protecting your family isn’t just a financial transaction — it’s a major life milestone — and my approach reflects that at every stage.

A Personal Journey into Financial Advice

My career in financial services began with a strong academic foundation, studying Accounts and Finance at degree level, where I developed a deep understanding of how money, planning, and long-term decision-making work together.

In 2019, I became a Utility Warehouse Partner, supporting individuals and families across the entire UK to reduce their household bills and take better control of their monthly outgoings. With over 250 families supported so far, I know what matters and can help to make a difference for your family. This experience has given me valuable insight into the real financial pressures we all face day to day — and reinforced my passion for practical, people-first solutions.

Building on this, I went on to become a fully qualified mortgage and protection adviser in 2023, allowing me to support clients not only with their utilities and protection needs, but with one of the biggest financial decisions they will ever make: their home.

Putting People Before Products

I believe that great advice starts with listening.

Every client’s situation is different — whether you’re a first-time buyer, moving home, remortgaging, or planning for the future — I take the time to understand your circumstances before recommending any solution. My advice is always tailored to what is right for you, being an unrestricted mortgage and protection adviser means I am not tied to any single lender or provider.

From mortgages and protection insurance to household utilities, my goal is to make the process feel clear, supportive, and manageable — without jargon or pressure.

Advice You Can Trust, Support You Can Rely On

Leicester-based, supporting clients across the county, the East Midlands and the UK, I pride myself on being approachable, responsive, and genuinely invested in my clients’ journeys. I know how important it is for you to feel informed and reassured throughout the process, so I keep you updated at every stage — even when elements such as conveyancing or surveys are handled by trusted partner services.

Whether it’s your first step onto the property ladder or a new chapter for your family, you’ll be supported by someone who understands the importance of getting it right — not just financially, but personally too.
